White Gables is a beautiful community with colorful two story houses. They have porches and balconies that really give off that Charleston southern feel. This is the type of community-driven and safe neighborhood where kids can be seen selling cookies and lemonade for fundraisers outside of the White Gables Clubhouse. Basketball courts are available for residents to use and the pool is very useful during hot Summerville days and a place to have fun with friends. The playground is right beside the pool and a fun place to enjoy with family and friends. Right in the middle of the neighborhood is a giant field used to play soccer and other activities. There are walking trails all along the community, so it isn’t hard to stay involved, active, and healthy. The houses have small garages in their backyards, so parking is not a problem. There is always something to do in this community with neighbors, family, and friends.
Not only is there a tight community within White Gables, but there is also a neighborly community in this general area of Summerville. It is very close to the neighborhood of Sunburst Lakes and other subdivisions, so it is not difficult to make friends and enjoy Summerville with neighbors. Knightsville Elementary School is only 5 minutes away and all of the other amazing Dorchester District 2 schools (some of the best in the state) are also close by. The Historic District of Summerville is 15 minutes away and Charleston is 40 minutes away, so the best parts of the cities are very close by. White Gables is such an amazing place full of color, community, and amenities and is in a great location.
