I am excited to officially launch this forum as of today January 27, 2008. One of my goals for 2008-2009 is to build the number 1 Myrtle Beach Community and Real Estate Forum.

By way of introduction, my name is Darren Woodard. I am a long-term resident of 28 years to the Myrtle Beach area. I love the area and the people so much that I couldn't picture myself living anywhere else. I am the creator and moderator of this forum.
