Greetings from Pinehurst,

I am fellow REALTOR of Darren's helping people buy and sell real estate here in the Pinehurst, NC area.

But where do Golfers from Pinehurst or Horsey folk from the Southern Pines area go to enjoy the ocean breeze and play on the beach on a hot summer day?

Well.. maybe not all, but many of us go to Myrtle Beach. Many that are capable and smart enough have purchased a home there and rent it out while they are back home here in Pinehurst, golfing, working and golfing, while renters pay for our Beach property.

I am going to guess, but just as if you have always wanted a Pinehurst area home so the 40 plus golf courses would be near your door step and NOW is a great time to get in, Myrtle Beach homes and real estate is just as attractive and NOW is a great time to move on it as well.

Myrtle Beach also has a couple of golf courses too, but when I am in Myrtle Beach, I am at the beach, ..that is when we am not eating at a restaurant. I have also heard the night life there is good for many as well.
