St. Andrews is the townhome community at the back of Iverness off of River Oaks Drive. It is a unique neighborhood, because it lies between two well known golf courses, and is in a great location close to the new “Hard Rock Theme Park”.

St. Andrews is comprised of two rows of townhouses, divided by one main road with a centralized pool area. The right hand row of townhouses all back up to “The World Tour” golf courses, which if you are an avid golfer, you will know that “The World Tour” is one of the areas most prestigious golf courses to play. The left hand row of townhouses all back to “River Oaks” golf course. River Oaks is well known to many, because they are involved in a lot of golf packages.

Each building in St. Andrew has five townhouses in them, and they all offer a one car private garage. Some of the homes have a screened porch depending on whether or not the original owner paid for that upgrade. All of the units have the master bedroom downstairs, and only some of them have an extra ½ bathroom for guest on the first floor.
