This Centex Community is located approximately ¾ of a mile down Carolina Forest Blvd from Highway 501. There are two entrances to the community; one located off of Gateway Blvd near Waterford Plantation and the other is on Carolina Forest Blvd just before you get to Covington Lake. Springlake along with Waterford Plantation are the two oldest communities in the Carolina Forest Area, which is notice by the maturity of the neighborhood attributes.
Spinglake is approximately 7 miles to the ocean, and your children would currently go to Carolina Forest Elementary, Ocean Bay Middle and Carolina Forest High schools. Being one of Carolina Forest’s oldest communities, there are not many amenities, but like most communities in the area, they do offer a swimming pool.
