Waterbridge is one of Carolina Forest’s newest communities across the street from Plantation Lakes and just North of Avalon. There is supposed to be over 1200 homes in this lavish community when completed and the amenities center is supposed to be like no other in the Myrtle Beach Area. With over 16 million dollars planned for the amenities center, the developer is calling for a lagoon shaped swimming pool, a fitness center, clubhouse, and a swim up refreshment area that is accessible without leaving the pool. In addition to the amenities center, there are plans for an 80 acre lake with boat access ramps.
