Perry Place is a small subdivision of homes located just South Carolina Forest Blvd off of Highway 501. All homes in this community are on West Perry Road which is a strip of single family homes surrounding by designated wetlands on both sides o the neighborhood. The prices are extremely reasonable in Perry Place, starting from 150s to the 170s. There are a few larger homes that you may find for around 200K, but for the most part the homes are 1300 to 1500 square feet of living space with two car garages. This neighborhood offers easy access onto Highway 501 toward Myrtle Beach, or is a great location for working in Conway.
